R fall P or T phenomenon (RonP or RonT) refers to ventricular premature beat QRS wave in the previous sinus heart beat P wave or T wave. Early studies suggest that RonT can induce ventricular tachycardia (VT) or ventricular fibrillation (VF), it has been clinically important. Recent observations suggest that ventricular tachycardia is more common with RonP. This article on the past 10 years we have 25 cases diagnosed as VT cases
