惩戒方式被广泛应用于社会的各个方面,其中被应用最多的就是在教育活动中,这一方式有其优势,也有着不可忽视的劣势,在教育活动中一不注意就难以发挥这一方式的优势。与此同时,新课改理念下一直提倡以学生为本、尊重学生个性的教育理念,惩戒作为一种特殊的教育方式,在教育活动中尤其是在小学教育领域方面或多或少会遭遇不少的质疑。为此,针对小学教育中存在的惩戒现象进行分析,并在此基础上提出相应的建议与对策。
