在高效薄层硅胶板上,以氯仿-乙醚(4:1)为展开剂分离雷公藤内酯醇及其差向异构体,用薄层扫描法(λ=217nm)测定前者的含量。方法简便、快速、准确。
The triptolide alcohol and its epimer were separated on a high-performance thin-layer silica gel plate using chloroform-diethyl ether (4:1) as a developing agent, and the content of the former was measured by a thin layer scanning method (λ=217 nm). The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
