在市区葡萄棚路,有一处高墙围起的院落,显得森严而肃穆。紧闭的铁门旁悬挂着“温州市公安局收容教育所”的牌子(以下简称“收教所”),也就是人们俗称的“妇教所”。在这里,聚集着一群被排斥在社会主流以外的“失足妇女”。她们曾经误入歧途、精神世界荒芜,走进这里时意志消沉,出来后很多人又重获新生。而帮助她们改造教育的,也是一个特殊的女性团队。在温州市公安局收容教育所里,除了所长和教导员,其余12位均为女警。这些民警们这样形容自己的工作:“这里的女民警平均年龄不到35岁,许多还是‘80后’,管理对象是温州地区各级公安机关抓获并移送的失足妇女。在这里我们扮演着亦师、亦母、亦医的多重角色。”“做一件对社会有意义的事情,用自己的爱心,为那些走歪人生道路的失足妇女重新树立信心。”这是这个团队的信念。
