为了观察芦氟沙星和洛美沙星治疗细菌性痢疾的疗效．将30例急性细菌性痢疾患者随机分为2组进行对照观察。结果显示，用芦氟沙星组临床有效率为93％，细菌清除率为90％，用洛美沙星组临床有效率为93％，细菌清除率为88％。二组比较无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。
In order to observe the efficacy of rufloxacin and lomefloxacin in the treatment of bacterial dysentery. Thirty patients with acute bacillary dysentery were randomly divided into two groups for observation. The results showed that the clinical efficacy with rufloxacin was 93%, the bacterial clearance rate was 90%, the clinical efficacy with lomefloxacin was 93%, the bacterial clearance rate was 88%. No significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05).
