30例恶性组织细胞增生症尸检病例,采用双PAP法对瘤细胞内铁蛋白的分布进行了研究。同时还对S-100蛋白、α1-胰蛋白酶、α1-胰糜蛋白酶作了免疫组织化学观察。初步结果表明:大多数病例中的瘤细胞铁蛋白阳性。这是研究恶性组织细胞增生症瘤细胞生物学行为的一个尚未见报道的所见。
In 30 cases of autopsy of malignant histiocytosis, the distribution of ferritin in tumor cells was studied by double PAP method. S-100 protein, α1-trypsin and α1-chymotrypsin were also immunohistochemically observed. Preliminary results indicate that in most cases the tumor cells are ferritin positive. This is a study to investigate the biological behavior of malignant histiocytosis has not been seen before.
