目的:分析监测社区人群日常膳食营养变动情况,进行脑血管病的一级预防研究。方法:“九五”期间在长沙市进行社区人群的膳食调查。结果:长沙市监测社区35~74岁居民平均每日胆固醇的摄入量在增加(t=2.65、P<0.05);维生素E和维生素C等摄入量减少;从性别来看,胆固醇摄入量的增加主要是由于女性过多摄入引起。结论:长沙市监测社区居民抗氧化维生素平均每日摄入量有减少的趋势,女性平均每日胆固醇的摄入量明显增加。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and monitor the changes of dietary nutrition in community population and to study the primary prevention of cerebrovascular disease. Methods: During the Ninth Five-year Plan period, a survey of the diet of community groups was conducted in Changsha City. Results: The average daily cholesterol intake of residents aged 35 ~ 74 in Changsha monitoring community was increased (t = 2.65, P <0.05); intake of vitamin E and vitamin C decreased; gender The increase in cholesterol intake was mainly due to excessive female intake. Conclusion: The average daily intake of antioxidant vitamins in community residents in Changsha is decreasing, and the average daily intake of cholesterol in women is significantly increased.
