由于齿轮的硬度直接影响其耐磨性及寿命,采用国产低合金高强钢焊条对材质为ZG40Cr Ni2Mo的齿圈进行焊接修复时,调质后焊补区的硬度往往达不到标准要求HB280~340。为解决齿圈调质后焊补区硬度偏低的难题,采用新型可调质焊条4340,按照ASTMA488标准进行焊接工艺评定,并对焊接接头进行拉伸、弯曲及硬度检测。通过焊接工艺评定,确定合理的焊接工艺及热处理工艺,并形成焊接工艺指导ZG40Cr Ni2Mo齿圈焊接修复,以提高齿轮的耐磨性和寿命。
As the hardness of the gear directly affects its wear resistance and life expectancy, the use of domestic low-alloy high-strength steel electrode on the material for the ZG40Cr Ni2Mo tooth ring welding repair, the hardness of the quenched and tempered area often fail to meet the standard requirements HB280 ~ 340 . In order to solve the problem of low hardness of welding zone after gear ring quenching, a new type of adjustable welding rod 4340 was adopted to evaluate the welding process according to ASTMA488 standard, and the tensile, bending and hardness testing of welded joints were carried out. Through the welding process assessment, to determine a reasonable welding process and heat treatment process, and the formation of welding process guide ZG40Cr Ni2Mo gear ring welding repair, in order to improve the wear resistance and life of gear.
