在车床上车削软、硬橡胶工件时,由于橡胶材料具有高弹性、高延伸率、低导热性,使工件很难达到加工精度和光洁度的要求。而采用车削、磨削两道工序时,效率低、成本高。为此,我厂在加工如图1所示工件,设计制造了套筒式橡胶车刀,其零件加工光洁度可达(?)6以上,生产效率比车-磨提高3~5倍。刀具特点:见图2所示。1.套筒式车刀采用85°前角,切削轻快;
