一、张三丰其人据相关资料记载:1、张三丰,宋代技击家,全真派道人,武当丹士,被奉为全真武当派创立者,精拳法,其法主御敌,非遇困危不发,发则必胜。(见《辞源》修订本1-4,1050页)徽宗召之,道梗不前。夜梦玄帝授之拳法,厥明以单丁杀贼百余,遂以绝技名于世。由三丰而后,至明嘉靖时,其法遂传于四明,而张松溪为最著。据清雍正年间,曹秉仁纂修的《宁波府志》卷三十一张松溪传载:“张松溪,鄞人,善搏,师孙
