近几年来,振动堆焊工艺在我国的汽车和拖拉机的修理部门已经得到广泛的应用,成为修复各种轴类和圆孔的先进方法。我厂为了推广这一先进方法,自已动手制作了一台振动堆焊设备。在无产阶级文化大革命的推动下,在抓革命促生产方针的指导下,很快地投入生产并应用于机车另件的修复工作,初步的取得了一定的效果。实践表明,这一先进的工艺方法,在机车车辆工厂和机务段具有广阔的发展前途。过去在检修中大量换新的轴类另件,今后均可以考虑采用振动堆焊方法修复,从而大量节省钢材,减少炼铸及机械加工工时,降低修车成本,因此有必要引起我们铁路部门的重视。现在仅将我厂的一些不成熟的情况,初步总结介绍,希望兄弟单位提出宝贵意见。让我们共同努力,使这一方法在机车车辆检修工作中进一步推广应用,为社会主义建设事业积累更多的财富。
In recent years, the vibration surfacing technology has been widely used in the repair department of automobile and tractor in our country, becoming the advanced method to repair all kinds of shafts and round holes.
