目的比较血小板系列参数即血小板数（ＰＬＴ）、血小板压积（ＰＣＴ）、平均血小板体积（ＭＰＶ）及血小板分布宽度（ＰＤＷ）在肿瘤患者的化学药物治疗前后的检测。方法自动血细胞仪分析法。结果化疗后比化疗前ＰＬＴ明显减少，ＰＣＴ随化疗后血小板数的减少亦明显减低。结论经统计学分析二者差异均有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５），而ＭＰＶ及ＰＤＷ在肿瘤患者的化疗前后差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
Objective To compare platelet serial parameters (PLT), platelet pressure (PCT), mean platelet volume (MPV) and platelet distribution width (PDW) before and after chemotherapy in patients with cancer. Methods Automatic blood cell analysis. Results After chemotherapy, PLT was significantly reduced compared with before chemotherapy. The decrease of PCT platelet count after chemotherapy was also significantly reduced. Conclusions Statistical analysis of the differences between the two groups was significant (P < 0.05), while MPV and PDW had no significant difference before and after chemotherapy in patients with cancer (P> 0.05).
