In order to reduce the incidence of orthostatic hypotension in patients taking antipsychotics, 62 patients with schizophrenia were measured for blood pressure and heart rate during different phases of remission. Results: The supine position systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and upright position (paired t test) the difference was significant (P <0.01). Compared with the supine position, the heart rate averaged 41 beats / min on average, diastolic blood pressure was 1.1 kPa on average, and systolic blood pressure was 1.32 kPa lower on average. Among them, 5 patients had normal supine systolic pressure and systolic pressure <12 kPa in upright position. The authors propose: ① to take antipsychotic patients to measure blood pressure, heart rate, supine and upright position should be taken separately to measure, in order to understand the changes in patients with blood pressure and heart rate. ② during the increase should be taken during orthostatic measurement, to prevent orthostatic hypotension is of great significance.
