采用电液伺服加载装置进行自密实混凝土与钢筋的粘结性能试验,以自密实混凝土强度、新拌混凝土工作性能为变量,制作了28个自密实混凝土试件,研究各变量因素影响下,自密实混凝土与钢筋的粘结锚固性能。通过试验得到峰值粘结应力、峰值滑移、各阶段粘结刚度K1、K2、K3和粘结刚度退化率λ等与混凝土强度、新拌混凝土工作性能的变化规律。在此基础上根据各因素的影响程度及公式的适用性,采用最小二乘法得到钢筋与自密实混凝土粘结-滑移本构关系式,与试验数据对比表明具有良好精度。研究结果可为有关工程设计和研究提供参考。
The self-compacting concrete and steel bar were tested by using the electro-hydraulic servo loading device. Twenty-eight self-compacting concrete specimens were made from the density of self-compacting concrete and the working performance of fresh concrete. Under the influence of various variables, Bond and anchorage performance between dense concrete and steel bar. Through the experiment, the change law of the peak bond stress, the peak slip, the bond stiffness K1, K2, K3 and the degeneration rate λ of bond stiffness and the concrete strength and the working performance of the fresh concrete are obtained. On this basis, according to the degree of influence of each factor and the applicability of the formula, the bond-slip constitutive relation between reinforced concrete and self-compacting concrete is obtained by the least square method. The comparison with the experimental data shows that it has good accuracy. The research results can provide reference for engineering design and research.
