对21份雄性不育种质进行了田间观察,花粉活力测定,自交种子发芽试验和天然杂交种子发芽试验的研究。结果表明,21份种质按照田间生长表现可以分为雄花萎缩型、雄花不开裂、雄花开放型和环境敏感型4类。对于雄花开放的15份种质经过花粉活力鉴定(I2-KI法和蔗糖培养法)和自交种子发芽试验,发现有3份种质的花粉是严格不育的,讨论后笔者把21份苎麻种质归为4类,即雄花萎缩型,雄花不开裂型、花粉不育型、待定型,另外对苎麻种质的鉴定进行了讨论,并提出了未来研究的方向。
Twenty-one male sterile germplasms were studied in field, pollen viability, selfed seed germination test and natural hybrid seed germination test. The results showed that the 21 germplasms could be divided into 4 categories: male flower atrophy, male flower non-cracking, male flower open and environment sensitive according to the field performance. 15 pollen germplasms were tested for their sterility (I2-KI method and sucrose culture method) and self-seed germination test. The germplasm of three germplasms was strictly sterile. After discussing, the author put 21 ramie The germplasms were classified into four categories, namely, male atrophy, male non-cracking, pollen sterility, to be finalized, and ramie germplasm identification was discussed, and the future research directions were proposed.
