1987年12月24日,《国防科工委档案馆微机档案管理新系统》通过鉴定。中国档案学会理事长裴桐、国家档案局局长韩毓虎、总参办公厅副主任刘振杰等36位领导、专家、教授等参加了鉴定会议。国防科工委科技委常任委员(原国防科大副校长)慈云桂主持鉴定会。该系统全部程序由该馆人员自行设计完成,在新系统设计中,把主题词表管理作为整个系统的基础和重要功能,在此基础上设计了二次文件生成、文件检索借阅管理、文件自动编目、文件统计等功能。鉴定委员会听取了档案馆关于微机档案管理新系
