Oishi等人1978年提出了可用于估算含聚合物二元溶液中溶剂活度的UNIFAC-FV模型。估算值与实验值的误差在±10%之内。但是工程上经常遇到的更多的是多组元体系。本工作将这一模型扩展到多组元体系,估算值与实验值的平均误差仍然在±10%左右。扩展后的模型可以在聚合物生产和加工工艺设计中应用。
Oishi et al. Proposed in 1978 a UNIFAC-FV model that can be used to estimate the activity of a solvent in a binary solution containing polymer. The error between the estimated value and the experimental value is within ± 10%. But engineering is often encountered more multi-component system. This work extends this model to a multi-component system, and the average error between the estimated and experimental values is still around ± 10%. The expanded model can be used in polymer production and process design.
