笔者对历代有关蜈蚣炮制的本草文献中的炮制方法、所用辅料和除去非药用部分进行了整理,并比较了各法炮制后蜈蚣所含的化学成分,药理作用。结果表明:蜈蚣头足所含的化学成分与躯干相同。在炮制方法上,应当高温处理,以杀菌去腥、矫味、不必去头、足而用全蜈蚣。但应去除虫卵及杂质。所用辅料系根据病情及各地用药习惯而有所不同。
The author made a review of the concoction methods, the use of excipients, and the removal of non-medicinal parts of the ancient Chinese herbal medicine literature related to Chinese herbal medicine, and compared the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of each recipe. The results showed that the chemical composition contained in the taro is the same as the trunk. In the concocting method, it should be processed at a high temperature to kill bacteria and odor, to taste, not to go to the head, but to use the full scorpion. However, eggs and impurities should be removed. The accessories used vary according to the condition and the local medication habits.
