使用补肾健骨中药龟地散对切除卵巢的雌性大鼠进行不同剂量的药物治疗 ,并与模型对照组和钙剂组进行比较。实验结果表明 :龟地散显著提高模型对照组大鼠骨密度值 ( P<0 .0 5 )和骨矿含量( P<0 .0 5 ) ,从而抑制骨矿溶解和丢失。与模型对照组相比 ,龟地散明显增加骨质疏松大鼠的骨重 ( P<0 .0 1) ,并且对大鼠的骨长、骨直径、骨面积和体重也有一定的影响。龟地散还具有显著提高大鼠骨强度( P<0 .0 1)等方面的作用。单纯补钙除骨强度明显改变外 ,其他如骨矿质、骨密度等多种指标均未有明显改变。
The use of turtle kidney tonic bone Chinese medicine on ovariectomized female rats were treated with different doses of drugs and compared with the model control group and the calcium group. The experimental results showed that Turtle Decoction significantly increased bone mineral density (P <0.05) and bone mineral content (P <0.05) in the model control group, thereby inhibiting bone mineral dissolution and loss. Compared with the model control group, turtle decoction significantly increased the bone weight of osteoporosis rats (P <0.01), and had some effects on the bone length, bone diameter, bone area and body weight of rats. Tui Di San also significantly improve the rat bone strength (P <0 01) and other aspects of the role. Pure calcium addition to bone strength significantly changed, other such as bone mineral, bone mineral density and other indicators were not significantly changed.
