对在运动中发生的视网膜脱离患者 3 1例 (其中运动员 1 7例 ,学生及爱好运动者 1 4例 ;由运动直接损伤者 2 5例 ,间接损伤者 6例)的病因及康复进行分析与探讨 ,提出对运动员或运动量大者早期采取预防措施可以防止视网膜脱离发生 ,对视网膜脱离患者的早期发现、早期诊断、及时手术治疗和术后的康复保健是挽救视力的关键。
The causes and rehabilitation of 31 retinal detachment patients (including 17 athletes, 14 students and hobby athletes, 25 direct injuries and 6 indirect injuries) during the exercise were analyzed. And It is suggested that preventive measures should be taken to prevent the occurrence of retinal detachment in early athletes or athletes with large amount of exercise. Early detection, early diagnosis, timely surgical treatment and postoperative rehabilitation of retinal detachment patients are the key to save eyesight.
