在包络蜗杆分度凸轮机构线接触共轭原理的基础上,针对此类机构的变速比、无侧隙、正交交错轴传动特点,重点研究了媒介共轭分度凸轮机构的点啮合理论;提出同步媒介点啮合和异步媒介点啮合的技术方案,并给出包络蜗杆分度凸轮机构媒介共轭点啮合的基本方程、接触迹方程、诱导主曲率及接触域的计算公式等,为将工程上的成熟经验提高到理论层次上研究和做进一步的深入分析与制造研究,奠定了坚实的基础
