According to a report from the Army Technology Web site, Raytheon announced the next generation of TOW Eaglefire launchers for the launch of wireline and radio frequency guided missiles. TOW weapons include TOW 2A, TOW 2B Aero and TOW Bunker Buster missiles. This launcher improves the performance of the older TOW 2 launcher at a lower cost, improving its target acquisition capability and attack capability. TOW Hawk launchers are also equipped with a range of day and night observation capabilities.
