向ZL107合金中加入不同含量的Ce,通过扫描电镜观测、力学性能、磨损性能和腐蚀性能测试等手段,研究了Ce对ZL107合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,ZL107合金经Ce变质后,共晶Si形貌由针状变为均匀分布的短棒状,且晶粒组织得到细化。变质后合金的力学性能得到明显提高。当加入0.3%的Ce时,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率提高到198.7MPa和3.7%,耐磨性和耐蚀性分别较未变质处理的ZL107合金提高了61%和70.8%。进一步增加Ce加入量,变质效果变差,合金性能下降。
Different contents of Ce were added to ZL107 alloy, and the effects of Ce on the microstructure and properties of ZL107 alloy were studied by scanning electron microscopy, mechanical properties, wear properties and corrosion resistance test. The results show that the morphology of eutectic Si changes from needle shape to short rod shape and the grain structure is refined after the modification of Ce by Z-Ce alloy. After modification, the mechanical properties of the alloy have been significantly improved. When 0.3% Ce was added, the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy increased to 198.7MPa and 3.7%, respectively. The wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the alloy increased by 61% and 70.8% respectively compared with that of the untreated ZL107 alloy. Further increase the amount of Ce added deterioration of the deterioration of the quality of the alloy decreased.
