通过比较中英两国的外警培训工作,我国外警培训工作主要存在体制机制有待完善、课程设置尚欠合理、教材建设相对滞后、师资力量较为薄弱、教育教学有待提升、跟踪评估有所欠缺等问题。借鉴英国等西方发达国家外警培训工作的先进理念和做法,构建具有中国特色的外警培训工作体系,一是要创新体制机制,二是要改革课程设置,三是要强化教材建设,四是要加强师资队伍建设,五是要规范教育教学,六要重视跟踪评估。
By comparing the training of foreign police officers in China and the United Kingdom, there are still some problems in the training of foreign police officers in our country, such as the institutional mechanisms to be improved, the curriculum set-up still not reasonable, the relatively laggard teaching materials, the weak teachers, the need to improve education and teaching, lack of tracking and evaluation problem. Drawing lessons from the advanced concepts and practices of the training of foreign police officers in Britain and other western developed countries, it is necessary to set up an external police training system with Chinese characteristics. The first is to innovate the institutional mechanisms. The second is to reform the curriculum. The third is to strengthen teaching materials construction. Fourth, To strengthen the teaching staff, the fifth is to standardize education and teaching, six should pay attention to follow-up evaluation.
