目的探讨分析三血管气管切面在胎儿心脏及大血管异常检查中的应用价值。方法选择71例诊断为心脏大血管异常、畸形胎儿,孕妇年龄22~43岁,平均年龄29.43岁;孕周18~35周,平均孕周26.56周。采用GE Voluson E8彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,运用三血管气管切面对胎儿心脏大血管进行扫查,包括胎儿心脏大血管位置、数目及管腔内径等指标并记录筛查结果。结果胎儿心脏大血管切面超声检查结果显示,血管位置出现异常者19例,血管管腔直径出现异常者34例,血管数目发生异常者15例,合并心外畸形者30例;其中血管管腔直径出现异常经超声检出率约为97.14%(34/35),血管位置出现异常经超声检出率为95.00%(19/20),血管数目出现异常经超声检出率为93.75%(15/16)。结论胎儿三血管气管切面操作便捷、方法容易掌握,能够清晰显示三血管气管的解剖结构,对于检查胎儿心脏大血管异常具有极其重要的价值。
Objective To investigate the value of trigeminal tracheal section in the examination of fetal heart and macrovascular abnormalities. Methods 71 cases were diagnosed as cardiac major vessel abnormalities. Fetus and fetus were aged 22-43 years with the mean age of 29.43 years. The gestational age ranged from 18 weeks to 35 weeks with an average gestational age of 26.56 weeks. Using GE Voluson E8 color Doppler ultrasound diagnostic equipment, the three-vessel tracheal section was used to scan fetal cardiac vessels, including the location and number of large blood vessels in the fetal heart and the diameter of the lumen. The screening results were recorded. Results Fetal heart macrovascular ultrasonography showed that there were 19 cases with abnormal blood vessel position, 34 cases with abnormal vascular lumen diameter, 15 cases with abnormal blood vessel number and 30 cases with extracardiac malformations. Conclusion Fetal trigeminal tracheal section is easy to manipulate and easy to grasp. It can clearly show the anatomy of the trigeminal trachea and is of great value for the detection of macrovascular abnormalities in the fetal heart.
