思想政治工作是一项复杂而系统的工作,当前社会发展日新月异,新时期下高速公路企业的思想政治教育是一项系统工程,作为思想政治教育者,要牢固树立创新患识,在工作中与时俱进,不断探索总结、创新研究,紧密结合单位工作实际和人员结构特点,不断提高思想政治水平,使思想政治教育工作走上良好发展的道路。笔者结合自身工作实践,对交通企业思想政治工作的一些体会做出了探讨。
Ideological and political work is a complicated and systematic work. With the rapid development of society, the ideological and political education of expressway enterprises under the new era is a systematic project. As an ideological and political educator, it is necessary to establish an innovative knowledge base and work with Keep abreast of the times, constantly explore and summarize and innovate and study, closely combine the actual work of units and the characteristics of personnel structure, and continuously raise the level of ideological and political education so that ideological and political education can embark on a path of sound development. Based on my own work practice, the author made some discussions on some experiences of ideological and political work in transportation enterprises.
