利用蒸汽吞吐开采超稠油,由于机采阶段的中、后期阶段原油温度低、含水下降、原油粘度很大、流动性差、原油入泵难、举升难等特点,造成油井泵效降低、产量下降、抽油机负荷增大增加了抽油设备的无功消耗,缩短了开采周期、增加了吨油成本。严重者还会出现堵塞地面管线、抽油杆托抽而损坏光杆和电机等设备等情况。针对以上出现的问题,就要在开采过程中对井筒内原油进行加热处理,达到原油降粘的目的。传统的中频送电加热作为一项成熟的井筒加热技术,有效解决了超稠油从井底到地面的升温降粘问题,但同时也存在诸多细节有待处理完善,试验一套新型的加热装置,整体评价其效果,能否替代现有的加热模式,是一项值得研究的课题。
