随着近年来经济的迅速发展,煤矿企业也得到突飞猛进的进展,煤矿女职工作为煤矿企业中的一个特殊群体,对煤矿女职工的思想素质教育尤显重要。因为这不仅关系到煤矿企业的安全、和谐、稳定,同时也对提高整个煤矿企业的工作效率,创造良好的经济效益,营造和谐的工作环境等都有极大的作用。然而,现实之中,在煤矿女职工的素质建设中还存在较多缺陷,本文将针对此来展开有关煤矿女职工素质建设的探索与思考工作。
With the rapid economic development in recent years, coal mining enterprises have also made rapid progress. As a special group of coal mines, women workers in coal mines are especially important in ideological and quality education for women workers in coal mines. Because this not only concerns the safety, harmony and stability of coal mining enterprises, but also greatly improves the working efficiency of the entire coal mining enterprises, creates good economic benefits and creates a harmonious working environment.
