近年来我国腈纶的年消费量在40～50万吨,不足部分通过进口解决,有关部问预测,到2000年我国丙烯腈的需求量将超过80万吨,仍需大量进口。因此发展国内丙烯腈工业刻不容缓。专家建议采取以下措施: 依托现有丙烯腈装置进行扩能技改,尤其是通过采用国内已开发成功的高效催化剂,并脱除瓶颈,使现有的5万吨/年装置扩展到7～10万吨/年。在进一步完善S—ANT工艺包基础上,使我国丙烯腈工业不仅催化剂立足国内,而且工艺技术和设备都立足国内,为现有装置的扩能改造和新建人
In recent years, the annual consumption of acrylic fiber in China is between 400,000 and 500,000 tons. The insufficiency is solved through imports. The relevant ministries and agencies predict that by 2000, the demand for acrylonitrile in China will exceed 800,000 tons, which still requires a lot of imports. Therefore, it is imperative to develop the domestic acrylonitrile industry. Experts recommend the following measures: Rely on the existing acrylonitrile plant to carry out energy expansion technology reforms, especially through the use of domestically-developed high-efficiency catalysts, and remove the bottleneck, so that the existing 50,000 tons/year device will be expanded to 7~10. 10,000 tons/year.
