创建“大道” 1996年,与祖国阔别十年的赵箭与妻子郑忘鸿回来了。他被加拿大某国际著名电力公司派往上海,任代办处总代表开辟中国区业务。 加拿大公司的业务顺利开展之际,赵箭在加拿大政府与中国政府间穿针引线,积极引进项目。期间,他为浦东争取到50多万加元的加拿大政府援助项目,并利用该项目为浦东供电所开发配置了国内第一套大屏幕配电调度指挥控制系统。 公司项目不断地增加,客户也随之增多起
