我们在调查中了解到,基层干部中存在着以下三种思想倾向。一是青年干部中存在“急于上船”的思想。主要表现为“上进心”过强,“官念”过重,急于捞提升的“船票”。
We have learned from the survey that the following three kinds of ideological tendencies exist among grassroots cadres. First, there are “young cadres in rush” on the idea. Mainly as “motivated ” too strong, “official read ” overweight, eager to fishing to enhance “ticket ”.
