本文提出虚拟温差及等效温差这一概念,并考虑了混凝土温差和自生体积变形的效应,结合有限单元法,采用等效温差荷载法对膨胀型混凝土的温度应力进行了计算。计算结果表明,如果选择合适的浇筑时间,采用适当的浇筑方法,混凝土自生体积膨胀变形达到一定的要求,即可以部分或全部补偿温降收缩变形,达到简化和改善温控措施的目的。应用本算法编制的程序,对东风工程基础深槽回填掺MgO混凝土的温度应力状态进行了仿真计算。
In this paper, the concept of virtual temperature difference and equivalent temperature difference is put forward, and the effects of temperature difference and autogenous volume deformation of concrete are considered. The temperature stress of expansive concrete is calculated by the equivalent temperature difference load method with finite element method. The calculation results show that if proper pouring time is chosen, proper pouring method and concrete spontaneous volume expansion deformation meet certain requirements, that is, some or all of the temperature shrinkage deformation can be compensated to achieve the purpose of simplifying and improving the temperature control measures. The program compiled by this algorithm is used to simulate the temperature stress state of backfill mixed with MgO concrete in the foundation of Dongfeng Project.
