改革开放以来,由于特殊的地缘和人缘关系,港商成为内地特别是珠江三角洲最大的外商投资来源地,港商投资对内地和珠江三角洲经济的崛起发挥了举足轻重的重要作用。本文首先分析港商在内地投资的区位布局及生产特征,然后以珠江三角洲为例,利用主成分因子分析及多元线性回归方法找出影响港商投资区位选择的主要因素及其影响程度。
Since the introduction of the policy of reform and opening up, Hong Kong businessmen have become the largest source of foreign investment in the Mainland, especially the Pearl River Delta, due to their special geographical and geriatric ties. Hong Kong businessmen have played an important and pivotal role in the economic rise of the Mainland and the Pearl River Delta. This paper first analyzes the location distribution and production characteristics of Hong Kong businessmen investing in the Mainland. Then, taking the Pearl River Delta as an example, it uses principal component factor analysis and multiple linear regression to find out the main factors that affect the location choice of Hong Kong businessmen and their influence degree.
