上栗县人大常委会结合自身工作实际,突出活动特色,在人大机关和各级人大代表中积极开展创业服务年活动,以进一步夯实工作作风,服务经济发展。一是结合领导挂点制度,引导所联系企业改变观念,加大创业创新力度,挖掘潜能,提升企业核心竞争力。二是通过听取专项工作报告或开展视察,了解掌握“一府两院”及所属各有关职能部门服务创业工作情况,针对发现的职责不明、执法不公、服务不优等问题督促整改。
The Standing Committee of Shangli County People’s Congress has combined its own work practice to highlight the characteristics of the activities. It has actively carried out entrepreneurial service year activities in the organs of the people’s congress and representatives of people’s congresses at all levels to further consolidate the work style and serve the economic development. The first is to combine the leader-pointing system to guide the companies involved in changing their concepts, intensify entrepreneurial innovation, tap potentials, and enhance their core competitiveness. The second is to listen to specific work reports or conduct inspections to understand the status of “one government, two houses,” and related functional departments involved in undertaking entrepreneurial work, and to urge rectification for problems such as unclear responsibilities, unfair enforcement, and unsatisfactory services.
