介绍了高真空磁场热处理装置的结构、性能特点,并给出其相关参数。本装置可对炉腔直接抽真空,使磁场热处理过程更为简单。采用双温控器使炉腔内温度测控更为准确。设计过程中既保证炉腔内磁场(H_(max)=3kOe)、温度(T_(max)=800℃)要求,同时控制整套磁场热处理装置外形尺寸使其结构合理、紧凑。列举一例实际应用表明此套装置处理效果明显,性能良好。
The structure and performance characteristics of high vacuum magnetic field heat treatment equipment are introduced, and the relevant parameters are given. The device can be directly to the cavity vacuum, the magnetic field heat treatment process is more simple. Double thermostat makes chamber temperature measurement and control more accurate. In the design process, the magnetic field in the furnace cavity (H max = 3kOe) and the temperature (T max. = 800 ℃) are guaranteed. Meanwhile, the overall dimensions of the magnetic field heat treatment apparatus are controlled so that the structure is reasonable and compact. A practical example shows that this device has obvious effect and good performance.
