目的 :探讨香烟减毒添加剂对吸烟小鼠免疫功能及气管和肺结构的影响。 方法:昆明种小白鼠 15 0只 ,随机分为正常对照组、低剂量普通烟组、低剂量实验烟组、高剂量普通烟组、高剂量实验烟组 ,采用巨噬细胞吞噬试验检测巨噬细胞吞噬活性 ;通过淋巴细胞转化试验检测细胞免疫功能 ;通过测定白细胞数及胸腺、脾指数来检测小鼠非特异性免疫功能 ;常规方法制作组织切片 ,光镜观察小鼠气管和肺结构。 结果 :(1)普通烟组与正常对照组相比 ,小鼠的巨噬细胞吞噬率、白细胞总数明显下降 (P均 <0 .0 1) ;(2 )含减毒添加剂的实验烟组的小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数及白细胞总数均明显高于不含添加剂的普通烟组 (P <0 .0 1) ;(3)实验烟组的胸腺指数及脾指数略高于普通烟组 ,但差异无统计学意义。实验烟组的淋巴细胞转化率与普通烟组相比差异也无统计学意义 ;(4 )实验烟组及普通烟组小鼠的气管和肺内支气管均有炎症改变 ,实验烟组小鼠肺组织瘀血程度稍轻。 结论 :香烟减毒添加剂可以增强吸烟小鼠的免疫功能 ,但对气管、肺内支气管的损害无明显减轻作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of cigarette attenuated additives on immune function and trachea and lung structure of smoking mice. Methods: A total of 150 Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal control group, low-dose common smoke group, low-dose experimental smoke group, high-dose common smoke group and high-dose experimental smoke group. Macrophage phagocytosis test The phagocytic activity of the cells was tested. The immune function was detected by lymphocyte transformation assay. The non-specific immune function was detected by measuring the number of white blood cells, thymus and spleen index. The histological sections were made by routine methods. Results: (1) Compared with the control group, the phagocytosis rate of macrophages and the total number of white blood cells in normal group were significantly decreased (P <0.01); (2) The macrophage phagocytosis rate, phagocytic index and leukocyte count in mice were significantly higher than those in normal group without additives (P <0.01). (3) The thymus index and spleen index in experimental group were slightly higher than those in normal group Group, but the difference was not statistically significant. There was no significant difference in lymphocyte transformation rate between experimental group and normal group. (4) Inflammatory changes were found in trachea and lung bronchus of experimental group and normal group, Tissue stasis slightly lighter. Conclusion: The cigarette attenuated additive can enhance the immune function of smoking mice, but has no obvious effect on the damage of trachea and lung bronchus.
