A brief analysis of 105 reports of ADRs involving antibiotics. Among various adverse reactions, the highest incidence was skin reaction (59.0%), followed by anaphylactic shock and drug fever (23.8%). The total incidence of allergic reactions reached 82.8%, is still the main purpose of the clinical adverse reactions. Of all types of antibiotics, the highest incidence of β-lactams (70.5%), may be related to its wider use and its own high incidence of ADRs. The incidence of ADRs is not significantly related to the patient’s age, sex and infectious disease, but rather to the physique of the patient, the quality of the drug, and the prescribers’ behavior and professional level.
