纵观近年的国画作品展,从官方举办的全国美展到名目繁多的各种非官方展览,工笔及工笔趋向的作品开始占据绝对数量。在作品中制作肌理效果的画作更是日益增多,种类也丰富多样,日趋成为当代工笔画创作中的一个积极的现象。人们对于这种非笔绘肌理语言的态度也从起初的保守谨慎甚至排斥变成了包容接纳直至鼓励和提倡。
