崔益林,大学本科,中学语文高级教师。1989年7月毕业于南通师范学院(现为南通大学)。中国教育学会中语会会员,全国青少年写作研究中心会员,中语会课堂教学研究中心研究员,全国“十佳文学社”首席指导教师,江苏省中学语文省级骨干教师培训班学员,南通市新课程改革专家组成员,海安县中学语文学科带头人,海安县教育科研先进个人,全国“十五”重点科研课题“创新写作的探索与研究”和南通市科研课题“青少年文学教育可持续发展的探索与研究”的主持人,全国数十家报刊杂志的特约编辑和特约撰稿人。近年来,先后在《语文教学通讯》《语文教学之友》《中学语文》《中学语文教学》《江苏教育报》《语文天地》等全国数十家报刊杂志上发表教育教学论文200多篇,并且为数十家报刊杂志“名师指南”专栏撰写稿件,有多篇文章被中国人民大学书报资料中心《中学语文教与学》以及互联网全文转载。从教以来,先后指导学生在《全国优秀作文选》、《作文报》、《中学生作文指导》、《作文周刊》等全国50多家报刊杂志上发表习作近1000篇,领头创立的“起跑线”校园文学社多次获得全国大奖。
