县级党校在基层干部培训中的作用至关重要,特别是党性教育培训方面。但由于县级党校地位和职能的弱化,在基层党政干部党性教育培训方面面临一些问题,如:会议学习“机械化”、短期进修“休闲化”、邀请专家“数量化”和干部自学“形式化”。如何解决这些问题?应该是县级党校工作努力的方向。结合教学实践,本文主要从会风、授课方式、案例化教学和党校职能四个方面给出自己的思考。
