在外派劳务招募的过程中,劳务人员来自不同的地区,年龄、性格、个人素质差别巨大,技能测试工作是重中之重。如何组织大规模人员开展各项技能测试工作,是各外派劳务企业共同面对的问题。针对此难题,中国山东对外经济技术合作集团有限公司(以下简称公司)尝试将色彩识别系统应用到以色列建筑工招募的过程中,发挥色彩直接、明了的长处,以色彩为识别信号,通过色彩识别系统的应用,井然有序、高效精准地完成了各项工作,得到了广泛的认可。
