The Netherlands itself is a small country that is so small that you can not see its territory on the map of the world. Even the capital, Amsterdam, is written on the “sea”. The Dutch name means “low lying land” in Dutch. More than half of the country’s land is below sea level, with the vast majority of the territory being plains and 60% concentrated in the low-lying western areas. The lowest point actually Sixty-seven meters below sea level. However, the reality of the Netherlands in the EU, and even the world has played a decisive role. Like its national tulip, it is intriguing as introverted and beautiful without any publicity.
