加强对私有财产的保护,是我国向真正的市场经济迈进的一个极为重要的前提。民商法对私有财产的保护具有直接性和补偿性,但实行不主动干预原则,应在物权法基础上完善私有财产的民商法保护。
Strengthening the protection of private property is an extremely important prerequisite for our country to move toward a real market economy. Civil and commercial law has the directness and compensation for the protection of private property. However, the principle of non-intervention should be implemented to improve the protection of private property by civil and commercial law on the basis of property law.
