腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)是嘌呤核昔分解代谢中的重要酶类,广泛存在于人体各种组织细胞中。我们对21例明确诊断的小儿斑疹伤寒进行了血清ADA活性的测定,现报道如下。 1 对象与方法 1.1 对象:1991年7月至1994年12月在我科收治或就诊、体温超过36.5C的患儿。其中斑疹伤寒21例,其它发热90例。斑疹伤寒的诊断依据主要根据流行病学史、临床表现和外裴试验的典型改变。其它病例以病吏、临床表现、实验室或X线检查为诊断依据。另选择50例健康儿童为对照组。 1.2 检侧方法:采用分光光度法,通过ADA作用于过量的腺嘌呤核苷而产生的氨来间接测定ADA的值。
Adenosine deaminase (ADA) is an important enzyme in the catabolism of purine nucleotides, which is widely found in various tissues and cells of the human body. We measured serum ADA activity in 21 well-diagnosed pediatric typhus as reported below. 1 Subjects and methods 1.1 Object: July 1991 to December 1994 in our department admitted or treated, the temperature exceeds 36.5C in children. Among them 21 cases were typhus and 90 cases were other fever. The basis for the diagnosis of typhus is based primarily on the epidemiological history, clinical manifestations, and typical changes in external PEI tests.
