本文研究了5-[(邻-硝基苯基)偶氮]-8-氨基喹啉(O-NPAQ)的合成及其与钯(Ⅱ)的显色反应条件。在Triton X-100存在下,pH10.4的Na_2CO_3-NaHCO_3缓冲介质内,试剂与钯(Ⅱ)形成兰紫色配合物,其最大吸收峰在596nm处,摩尔吸光系数为4.6×10~4·L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),钯含量在0~12μg/25ml范围内服从比尔定律。
In this paper, the synthesis of 5 - [(o-nitrophenyl) azo] -8-aminoquinoline (O-NPAQ) and its color reaction with palladium (Ⅱ) were studied. In the presence of Triton X-100, the complex formed a blue-violet complex with palladium (Ⅱ) in pH 7.4 Na_2CO_3-NaHCO_3 buffer medium. The maximum absorption peak was at 596 nm with a molar absorptivity of 4.6 × 10 -4 L · Mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1), Beer’s law obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 12μg / 25ml.
