分析试液的制备称取试样0.1克(20O目以上)于250毫升塑料杯中,加水数滴,分数次滴加氢氟酸3毫升,反应减缓后,将塑料杯置于水浴上加热5分钟。取下,边摇边滴加(1+1)硝酸10毫升,当不再产生二氧化氮气体时,置塑料杯于水浴上加热约10分钟。试液呈清亮后,取下塑料杯,立即加入热5%硼酸溶液100毫升,充分搅拌后,冷却至室温,移入500毫升量瓶中,以水稀释至刻度,摇匀后贮存于塑料杯中。硅、锰、钛、铁的测定参见本刊过去发表过的方法。
