创业之前,我和黄小亮(内推网创始人)都在盛大做云计算。某天,黄小亮突然冒出换工作的想法,于是点开了一些招聘网站,结果发现传统的招聘网站弊端多多,尤其近年互联网迅猛发展,可相关领域人才越来越难招,求职也没那么容易。于是,去年4月我们推出了自己的互联网垂直招聘网站。创新工场在2013年下半年准备布局垂直招聘领域时,发现旗下投资企业很多都在使用内推网,最终决定投资我们250万元。传统招聘网站已经走过10年,这类网站主要是面向公司的HR产品模式,而且传统招聘网站招聘信息是模板化的。

In the second half of 2013, Innovation Works plans to lay out the vertical recruitment field and found that many of its investment enterprises are using the push network and eventually decided to invest 2.5 million yuan on us. The traditional recruitment website has gone through 10 years, such sites are mainly for the company’s HR product model, and recruitment of traditional recruitment site information is templated.
