目的:探索中药草苁蓉对β淀粉样蛋白(β-AP)所致AD模型大鼠的脑内乙酰胆碱(Ach)含量及学习记忆能力的影响。方法:将60只健康SD大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组和中药高、中、低剂量组。采用脑立体定位仪双侧Meynert核注射Aβ1-40建立AD模型,中药组予以草苁蓉提取物按高、中、低3种不同剂量灌胃治疗,于治疗后检测各组大鼠的学习记忆能力及海马、皮质部位Ach的含量。结果:较模型组,中药组大鼠学习记忆能力及Ach含量有明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:中药草苁蓉能增强AD模型大鼠海马及皮质部位Ach的含量,提高AD大鼠的学习记忆能力。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Herba Sigrana Cirrhosa on the content of acetylcholine (Ach) and learning and memory in rats with AD model induced by β-amyloid protein (β-AP). Methods: Sixty healthy Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal group, sham operation group, model group and high, middle and low dose groups of traditional Chinese medicine. An AD model was established by intra-articular injection of Aβ1-40 in the bilateral Meynert nucleus of the brain stereotaxic apparatus. The herbs of the Chinese herb group were given three different doses of high, middle and low doses of gavage to treat the rats. After treatment, the rats were tested for learning and memory. Ability and Ach content in hippocampus and cortex. RESULTS: Compared with the model group, the learning and memory ability and Ach content of the TCM rats significantly increased (P<0.01). Conclusion: Herba Cisargins can increase the content of Ach in the hippocampus and cortex of AD rats and improve the learning and memory ability of AD rats.
