现阶段我国正处于社会转型的关键期,构建社会主义和谐社会的关键期,社会关系、利益格局发生了巨大的变化。新时期只有以科学发展观为指导,正确认识我国的党际关系,并寻找构建长期和谐稳定发展的党际关系的途径,努力构建与发展和谐的党际关系,才能适应社会结构的变化,实现社会主义社会的稳定和和谐,并把建设有中国特色的社会主义事业不断发展下去。
