为了提高复杂锻件坯料预成形设计的计算效率,提出了一种基于数值模拟和正交设计相结合的坯料预成形优化设计方法。这种方法以数值模拟为计算工具、以正交设计为优化手段,将优化过程与有限元计算分离开。将此方法应用于某机匣锻件预成形坯料优化设计,获得了良好的效果,确定了各设计变量对目标函数的影响程度和影响趋势。所提出的方法对复杂锻件的坯料预成形优化设计具有重要意义。
In order to improve the computational efficiency of the preform design of the complex forging, a preforming optimization design method based on numerical simulation and orthogonal design is proposed. This method uses numerical simulation as the calculation tool, orthogonal design as an optimization method, and separates the optimization process from the finite element calculation. This method is applied to the optimization design of preform of forgings of a certain casing, and the good effect is obtained. The influence degree and influence trend of each design variable on the objective function are determined. The proposed method is of great significance to optimize the preforming of complex forgings.
